I’m a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice, and I’ve spent more than 15 years working across healthcare, research, and education. I started this practice to provide treatment that actively involves patients, improves how they function in daily life, and supports progress that holds up over time.

I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years.

I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from George Mason University. My training focused on approaching complex problems carefully and looking beyond a single symptom or diagnosis.

In my work, I focus on building a solid working relationship with patients and taking shared responsibility for treatment. I pay attention to what is helping and change course when something is not. My goal is practical improvement in how people feel and function in their daily lives.

I continue to learn through trainings, conferences, and research. I draw from different fields when it is useful and stay engaged in refining my approach as evidence and experience evolve.

Outside of work, I enjoy jogging, martial arts training, and audiobooks. I value consistency and steady effort, both in life and in care.
